「They are updating this location which is a plus but during our stay the cable didn't work, the hot tub was an ice bath, and had to move to another room because the tub didn't drain. They didn't offer any special pricing either knowing that all these things were an issue. Was told the cable was out for a week already and the boiler for the pool area has been not working for longer. These are amenities that people are counting on especially if it is posted on the description of the property.」

「Rooms were clean, pool was nice. Breakfast was decent. My one complaint was the sound of slamming doors was bothersome at night.」

「Horrible experience! Restaurant food was horrible, waiter said the pizza was homemade- it was a frozen pizza that came on a cardboard tray. Fire alarm was going off early in the morning for hours without an end in site. Place was dirty and outdated! We were in town for a wedding and our rooms weren’t ready. Outside bar wasn’t open on a beautiful Friday, why have an outdoor bar on a lake if you’re not going to have it open. I will not be staying here again.」
