「This cabin was clean and in a good location. The reasons I’m giving it four stars are the requirement to take your trash to the city refuse location about 7 miles away; there was one bar of bath soap in the cabin and zero shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It seems pretty standard for those items to be available in vacation rentals. The bed pillows are worn and thin. The switches for the ceiling fan and lights in the bedrooms are confusing. There is bear spray under the kitchen sink but we didn’t...

「Great location except the dirt road for approach. Right outside north gate. 12 mins. Only annoying thing little bit that you have to take your trash 6 miles away to dump, especially when you are on road trip and your car is anyway full. We did not find any toiletries which was little bit inconvenient as we had to buy our own next day. Otherwise good stay.」

「This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Yellowstone. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including Bear spray to use while visiting the park. The host were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Restaurants, grocery and coffee shops are all very close by. Of the 4 different rentals we stayed in on our 2-week trip this was our favorite.」

「To whom it may concern, We booked our reservation with your agent a month ago oneline for our spring breaks trip. Not knowing your agent did not provide address of the location and office telephone for contact after we prepaid. We came from California a long road trip. We tried to contact the office by phone online but no where to be found! And also tried to text by app no one responded either! We searched an email and found the address location ONLY!!! Worrying in our mind that this is a scam...
