The room was fine, the staff courteous. I think it's about time for them to replace the carpeting in the hallways, and I am not a fan of them holding $100 per each day on my card or charging $7 for parking.

The staff was amazing! If it wasn’t for Maricel at the front desk last year in Oct of 2024 I wouldn’t have stayed again this year! I was beyond grateful she was still there! She’s so kind and makes everything so easy and convenient after traveling for hours!

The room.was horrible and smell bad. Mynwife got stuck on the restroom because the door knob wasnt working. There was no iron. All hotel is old and smelly

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and roomy. Liked having a separate living room with a tv and one in the bedroom. The AC was fantastic, and strong. Would stay there again.

When we first arrived our room was dirty, sticky, and the refrigerator was not on. I went down to talk to a staff member her name was Maria, she was super helpful and kind and changed us into a different room right away. She did apologize and the second room we got was better. It was a little hard to cook in there with how little space there was but overall everything else was good. Everything was clean and organized.

I don't know why "extended stay" became synonymous with"no maid service". And what is the deal with the coffee here?? Okay if you have a dog, kids, and want to be relatively close to Disney-like attractions and are used to a messy house. But if you're travelling solo you're better served by going to a "regular" hotel.
