"I'll be honest, at first glance I was skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean and the contactless check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. The bed was comfortable and everything was great. The location was nice as it was right off the interstate. I also enjoyed the fact that I could back my vehicle right up to the door so there was less than 5 feet to move our stuff out of the car and into the room. No complaints at all. My wife and I were happy with our stay."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were only able to stay from the time we arrived from Texas at 12:00 AM until 7:00 AM the following morning. From the moment you enter the building through its side doors, the smell is horrible—it reeks of everything imaginable, including urine. Given that foul odor, we knew exactly what the room itself would be like. It was just as stench-filled as the exterior. The entire floor is carpeted, both in the hallways and inside the room. The towels—some of which were supposedly white—looked questionable; we didn't use them, and given the state of the towels, we highly doubted the bedding was clean either. The air conditioning was terrible, and the refrigerator was warm. We fled the place as fast as we could. To top off this abysmal experience, I did not receive any kind of refund; furthermore, Expedia offered absolutely no support, as they simply defer to whatever decision the hotel makes—even if it comes at the expense of the customer. Goodbye, Expedia."

"This hotel had a very large price to value complex. We paid $100+ for a hotel room, at a nearly empty hotel, for a dirty room with an odor. The bed was squeaky, the walls were damaged, the elevator stunk, and we could hear so many loud noises from the rooms around us."

"Lots of warnings and notices as I made the reservation and checked in and entered the room. But the room had a heavy marijuana smell that hit me in the face as I stepped in. And so did the next room they gave us. Finally the third room they gave us, which was marked with "non-smoking" placards inside the room and out in the hall, only smelled of tobacco, and they had added some kind of sweet, spicy deodorizer to help with the problem. It was late at night and we were considering going home but that room was acceptable enough. You could tell the tobacco smell was there but it wasn't overwhelming. So we stayed. In the middle of the night, maybe 2 or 3 AM, my wife was awakened by new marijuana odors from the hall. This was the biggest issue of the stay for us, even bigger than having to carry our luggage up and down the stairs 5 times until we got the room situation right (No elevator). Also the smell of curry was the first impression we got when we stepped into the lobby. This was a Quality Inn. "

"Staff were wonderful and helpful! Room was spacious and clean overall. Bathroom of the room was VERY small and configured very oddly. To open the door to it, you could not be sitting on the toilet or you would be hit. Or even toddler taking a bath was super uncomfortable because it’s small and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without the door being shut. The housekeeper did not see the toilet paper wad dried on the shower ceiling and the wall by the trashcan in the bathroom look like it could’ve been wiped down. Ample amount of towels and I appreciate that as we even were able to ask for more with zero pushback or having to bring our towels down and return for new ones. Breakfast was not good. Only complaint! It was like a 2 out of 10. Overall would stay again, but please fix the pool heater and ice machine on floor 3. It’s very inconvenient to go in the elevator down to 2 to get ice and there is only one elevator and it’s on the slower side. "
