  • Cozy, fun home near the lake. Great for a summer or winter get away. Central to restaurants, grocery store, gas station and coffee shops. 5 minute walk to fishing pond , park, and 30 minute drive to Bear Lake Hot Springs, marina is less than 3 miles and 7.9 miles to Beaver Mountain Ski Lodge. House includes large outdoor space with fire pit and plenty of room for boat parking. Place stocked with dishes, pans, paper products, shampoo, soap, beach chairs and sand toys. Perfect house for a wonderful family getaway. Recording cameras, 1 located above the front entryway continuously recording. 2 others facing fire pi Not to monitor guests but to monitor property when not hosting. Lic# 013201
