「Rooms are clean. Services are good. Food is really good. Mattress were bit hard but hotel offered to use some blankets to make it softer. Water pressure and temperature were changing some time, not a big deal but better to be fixed. 」

「Avoid. They claimed we had to pay again upon arrival, though our reservation and payment was confirmed. We obviously didn’t. No wifi in the room, staff didn’t help us with it. They charged us for the pool (which was dirty and smelly) without previous notice. We didn’t get the room we paid for (which had a balcony). Very nasty owner, blaming us (not sure what for) instead of helping out.」
