"Good value, clean and centrally located - short drive to Seoul Station. We stayed here for 1 night before taking the Airport Express train back to Seoul Incheon. This was a convenient choice to be near Seoul Station. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was served by staff, rather than buffet style, which is nice, but in the early morning I just want to choose for myself from a selection, rather than wait to be served. For a business hotel, I found this a bit incongruous. But overall, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay when visiting Seoul."

"Very uncomfortable about closet space n lighting space to reading in the bed. If you could hang large mirrors empty wall would be great. Plug in system was not goog. Most helper around hotel was excellent."

"Pros Staff were excellent and very helpful. Shop downstairs handy. The breakfast was nice - although two rooms were open for guests, it still felt too many people for the space and you often had to wait for things to be restocked (coffee cups for example). This was no bother but saying in case it is for some people. Location was excellent near the subway in a quiet area between busy Myeondong centre and markets! Washing machine and tumble dryer an excellent addition. Cons Room itself was big but was disappointed having booked an apartment style room only to have two cups, 0 cutely, no glasses, no plates or amenities in the room. I had to ask for those from downstairs but they could only provide me with more mugs and spoons and nothing else! After long day with family and kids, some nights it was nice to stay in and eat excerpt we had very little to cook/ eat with. Room clean was daily but it was to empty bins only. We aren’t ones for a daily clean if I am honest but when a clean was needed I was surprised that it was beyond basic! We were a little disappointed having asked to cancel breakfast after paying for it for two nights (due to early start - poor planning on my part) to be told we couldn’t as its hotel policy because of the booking deal. We had no deals and overpaid massively for this hotel. We paid room fee outright and paid for breakfast at the property separate. We liked it but honestly I am unsure if I would stay there again."

"I had a great experience staying at Shilla Stay Yeoksam. The front desk service was top-notch — Ayaan Nam was especially friendly, professional, and welcoming. Cleanliness is something I care a lot about, and the hotel definitely delivered. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely not to be missed. There was a perfect balance of Eastern and Western menu options, and every selection we tried was satisfying and delicious. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the subway stations, but we also used the buses that stop right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Speaking of convenience, there’s also an attached convenience store, making it easy to grab snacks and essentials, including transportation cards and recharge services. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would happily return. We originally booked for three days but ended up extending our stay to five. Even though the extension was booked through a different agency with different room types, the staff made sure we could remain in the same room, which we truly appreciated. Excellent experience overall, and I wish the very best for this hardworking team and venue in the future!"

"I have stayed in numerous hotels as I have traveled the world. Your hotel was more special for me as your staff that work at the concierge area, were more than employees they became my friends. Never have I had such excellent help with such sincere kindness. I had a gentleman Kim Fox whom i am going to email the president of the Westin in detail what excellent service he provided me, no one would could come close as to what he did for me, I lost my phone and I had other issues and Mr. Fox was a gift from heaven you have no idea how he went over and above to help me. You are very lucky to have Mr. Fox working for you."
