Welcome to Sherbet Lane. Enjoy a whimsical & fun mermaid experience at this centrally-located cottage, a half-mile from the beach. Our cottage was recently updated & themed for a unique experience. Including satin mermaid robes for all genders. We offer iced cold water, hot coffee plus a light breakfast which includes waffles or oatmeal. Our keyless entry and brightly lit patio provides safety when coming in after dark. Full laundry services. A charcoal BBQ is available outside for grilling.
Our yard is a shared space with our vacation rental next door. Please be courteous to each other. We do offer bike rentals. We have two bikes for the entire property. First come, first serve basis.

Great experience!

The Whimsical Mermaid Cottage was a cute little place to bring my small family for our first trip to Galveston! It was very clean and not a far drive to the beach and all that Galveston has to offer! Can’t wait to come back!

Girls Getaway

Orlando and Kally have made all the details for these cottages super cute! My friend and I loved staying here. It's the perfect size for two people, and not too far from The Strand shopping and the beach. We had a great time!

Small but functional

The home was small but functional. The beds did not seem to be queen size but the headboards were. The cleaning crew was still working when we arrived and asked us to give them additional time to finish. The neighborhood was questionable, lots of foot traffic, men sitting on the corner with loud music and drinking. As single women we would not stay here again, it did not feel safe.

Very cute property. Everything in the listing was correct. Very clean and decor was cute. Super easy to get around Galveston by walking. The area the house is located in is kind of a mix. It is ok during the day but at night I would recommend that you are home before dark. I would book stay here again.

Wonderful cottage!

My husband and I came to town for Dickens on the Strand. The cottage was absolutely perfect! It was within walking distance of the Strand, restaurants and breweries. We will definitely be back!

Adorable Cottage, Great location

My friend and I had a girl's weekend. We truly enjoyed this little cottage. It was small and perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. Very good location as far as restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be back!
