There were very things of concern that I sent to vacasa when we checked outQuite a few of the lamps were broken, the curtains were broken. We had to get up and try to attach them just so we could close them at night. There were only four towels total even when I shower. I used two towels. When we arrived, there was no one there to check in with so it was kind of like an escape game to try to figure out where the Mail room was just to find the key to figure out where to go where to park in so long. there were pictures down off of shelves just stuck behind TVs all kinds of things sort in the closet that was meant for us to use it leads you to believe that there are washer and dryers available in each condo or washers and dryers available on each floor to use, but those are only paid coin washers and dryers and they were not clean to use. There were numerous locked closets that they could have stored their additional items in that were stored in the closet, we were trying to use like additional pictures, bases, broken fans, and so on. The bottom of the refrigerator was broken while we were there we woke up on day, two to them, scraping and drilling on the front doors and sanding them taking numbers off the doors at 8 o’clock in the morning that people are doing it did not speak English we kept asking in the stop they kept working then they left at half finished the remainder of the week and it looked trashy at the door. Only one key fob made it difficult you needed it everywher
