● Beach Access: A 3 minute walk to the Beachside Village community beach access point.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for 3 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed except for in the designated area located 2-3 blocks from the home.

The living room, just steps away, boasts plush sofas, a warm fireplace, and a TV for cozy nights in. A private king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet completes the first floor.
Venture upstairs to discover four more spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. A second king bedroom awaits, complete with porch access, a desk for those who need to work, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom mirroring the one below. There is also a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, both feature ensuite baths with a tub/shower combo, single vanities, and walk-in closets. Lastly, a delightful bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks, features cozy reading nooks and porch access. A half bath is also located on this level.
The second-floor back porch beckons you to unwind, providing an idyllic spot to soak up the sun, sip your favorite drink, and watch stunning sunsets over the beach. Back on the ground floor, a laundry room with washer and dryer ensures convenience, while a powder room adds an extra touch of practicality.
