This dog friendly beachfront home is no figment of your imagination! With 2 levels of decks, a spacious open plan, and clear path to the beach, Le Mirage is a dream vacation come true for large groups or families traveling together.
Inside, the wall of windows and high ceilings work together to create a light & airy space. The pops of orange brighten up the home and keep it fun. Spread out on the large, leather sectional, and marvel at the beautiful Gulf views with your loved ones. The large dining table that seats 8 is the perfect spot to watch the waves while enjoying your next meal. Cooking is effortless in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with large island with seating for 4, abundant counter & storage space, and stainless steel appliances.
All 5 bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms. The main level primary king suite boasts a double vanity, large tub, walk-in shower, plenty of closet space, and deck access. Two of the upper level queen bedrooms also have deck access. Across the hall, you’ll find a third queen bedroom, plus a bunk room perfect for the kids and teens. For laundry days, a full-size washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away in the upper level laundry room.
Ready to hit the beach? The sun, sand, and surf are just a few steps away! Don’t worry about the salt & sand - the convenient outdoor shower makes it easy to get freshened after hours in the Gulf. This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
