Beautiful beach view

Had a great time. I thought there were 3 indoor bathrooms. Would be better if all rooms had tv in them. The 2nd bathroom water backs up from somewhere else n stopper in sink won't stay up to let water drain.

The house was exactly what we needed, and the big fenced yard was a big plus for the dogs. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable, and the beach is a couple hundred yards away (second row, but you have to walk down a couple houses to get to the access road.) There is a major beach replenishment project underway (June '25) which may eventually impact the closest beach for a period later this summer. Once it's done, it will be a big beach improvement. We'll likely rent again.

House caters to its guests!

I definitely book rentals because of good reviews…. And I’m gonna leave another good one for this house. Great host…. You can tell by how thoughtfully this house is stocked. We did not need for one thing, everything was there at the house. It is older home but beautifully remodeled like a brand new build Inside.

Good weekend

Loved the home! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed and more. The whole process was amazing and Paul was very accommodating. He was very nice and answered any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be booking again!

Stay at Southern Breeze!

I stayed with a friend & my 20 year old daughter & her boyfriend. The layout was perfect! I enjoyed watching the gulf from the deck & saw dolphins one afternoon. Easy walk to the beach. Check out the breakfast options at the Taqueria across the street!!! Paul was quick to respond to any messages. I would stay here again.

Great place!

This was a perfect for us. 4 women. We each had our own bedroom and two shared each bathroom. There is no master suite but that worked better for us. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas. Kitchen wares extremely well stocked. I think there may have even been a crock pot! Outside deck was spacious with a clear view of the water and you could hear the waves. Location is one back from beach front and an easy walk. Probably not even 5 min! Fenced yard was such a plus because we had dogs with us. Host Paul responded quickly to every message! We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect place for us

Beachview, 2 mins walk to the beach, wide breezy balcony facing the beach, plenty of seating outside and kitchen fully stocked with dishes/cups/cooking supplies made it very suitable for our stay. It was my granddaughter's birthday so a total of 30 people enjoyed the downstairs area with 3 picnic tables, lots of plastic chairs, and a charcoal grill. Thank you Paul for everything.
