Enjoy our new heated pool & large bubbly hot tub plus splash pad! You will be staying in 'SeashellSmile', a luxury condo sitting on the seawall of Galveston Island. We invite you to share our creation, a romantic blend of beach cottage and soft pastels. Pamper your senses with soft leather furniture and seashell beach tile. The private bedroom sleeps two in the queen bed. The hallway area hosts 2 adult sized bunks. The leather queen sofa-sleeper folds out for 2 more. Enjoy! Save on food budget in your fully equipped kitchen. Wherever you choose to stay, I hope you bring home many special Galveston memories.

* Responsible party over 25 must show photo ID when checking in
* No events or parties (including Spring Break or Prom)
* No hidden fees or additional taxes.
* Clean, fresh air only. No smoking allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
* Upon arrival, the Maravilla front office will collect a parking/swim band fee, credit card only.

Other Things to Note:

1. Construction Notice:

***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.

2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.

Great Stay!

Place was very clean, fancy lighting, very nice shower/bath. Nice cozy little place right across from the beach. Dave is also a great host, very nice to talk to and will answer all questions :)

Beautiful condo

Beautiful, comfortable condo in a perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Galveston. The property is right across the street from the seawall and is close to lots of restaurants.

This was a wonderful condo, clean,nicely decorated, they really thought of everything that you may neeed for a pleasant stay, even had card/board games in the closet, every kitchen gadget you could think of. Great property. Would definitely stay here again

This was our first time ever staying in a condo (we’ve always stayed in a hotel). The room was literally home away from home! It was super clean and the decor was so cute! The a/c got very cold, everyone slept great! I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We stood in the 3rd floor and was able to see the beach. It was very clean and comfortable for my fiancé and I. A lot of great restaurants nearby and beach access was less than a 3 minute walk from the condo. Would definitely stay again, also less than an hour away from Houston to do other activities there as well.

Great!

The condo has everything you need to make meals, that was a great plus for me as it not only saves money on going out but also saves time. We enjoyed the huge pool as well as the very large kid pool for our children. The hot tub was also great for some relaxing moments. The condo was very clean and organized, felt like home away from home, great for a family of four.

Relaxing Getaway!

Wow, we felt spoiled staying here! It was such a nice surprise after past experiences at other places. The bed was comfortable! The shower had a fancy jet system. The view was beautiful and perfect for morning coffee. Everything was thought of. Couldn’t recommend more for a couple getaway! The bed was a little tight to get over on one side but it was worth it being a king size bed. We can’t wait to hopefully come back!

Nice & Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The resort is clean, quiet and quaint. Everybody onsite is very friendly. Everyone seemed to be having a nice time, and it is perfect for families. The property is ideally situated from the main sea wall, and it leaves you with an almost private and not overly crowded beach. The view is gorgeous and breathtaking. The condo is very nice and well maintained, and it has all of the amenities of a home. It was a nice home away from home! Many restaurants are a short drive from the property with one being within walking distance. The owner was easy to speak to, and we will definitely plan on staying here during our next visit to Galveston.

Wonderful

We had an amazing time in Galveston. We were truly impresssed with this little jewel. The decor so in theme with ocean vibes and very well equipped. It has everything you need. Much attention was given to detail. It was also away from the hustle and bustle busy area of the island and right across from the beach. From now on when we are in need of a quick beach get away we will definitely make this our spot. The write up is right on point. Thank You Dave.

Paradise

The outside of property is under renovation so I like they are trying to update and keep it looking nice. The condo is amazing! So clean! It was totally updated and had everything we needed. Even games for the kids to play. The views were awesome and there was a perfect view of the sunset. Everything was perfect. I felt safe on the property. The heated pool was nice too! The owners are so easy to communicate with.

Seaside Getaway

Easy access right on Seawall Blvd. Condo is seaside with amazing views. Spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the ocean. Condo was beautiful, modern, clean and perfect for the two of us. All rooms had everything we needed. Coffee makers, everything needed to cook meals, jetted tub etc. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet around us. Quick 2 minute walk across the road to the beach. I cannot say enough positive. The property’s 3 pools and the hot tub were clean and the property was very well maintained.

Quiet, Quaint, and Super Clean

Loved the overall experience of staying at this property. The unit had everything you could imagine to make the stay that much easier for someone who is traveling. Space was extremely clean (Kudo's cleaning crew). The owners were attentive to questions and also checked in with us the morning after arrival to make sure everything went great. The cleaning deposit was refunded almost immediately. We enjoyed our stay and even asked owners if they had any Las Vegas property for an upcoming trip. Sadly they do not as I would have loved to stay in some place they own. Thanks for the memories!

Small clean and well maintained

Short stay on the island to visit family over holiday weekend. The condo wasn’t very big but had just enough room for our entire family of 6 to sleep. Coffee, tea, and machine was all there for our mornings. Plenty of towels and well organized. The owner communicated very kindly with us to make sure we had everything we needed from check in to check out. Only complaint was we were not expecting to pay for parking on a daily basis. Would have been a deal breaker if we had stayed longer.

Galveston trip

The condo itself was very nicely remodeled and stocked with everything we needed. It was small but fine for the two of us. The pools and area around them was very nice. The condo was located across from the ocean and the balcony view was nice. The communication with the owner both before and during was excellent. I give the condo, location and communication 5 stars! The negative issue is that the complex that the condo is in is pretty run down. There was a large area that was shut down due to damage. The interior halls were dark and in disrepair. It was not the resort building that we were expecting.

Wonderful Rental!

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Dave's condo. It is exactly as pictured. I cannot say enough about how clean and comfortable the condo is. So nice to have some of the little things that make cooking/eating in easier, like plastic wrap, that many rentals don't have. Laundry room is just a few steps away from the unit (though somewhat of a hassle to use since you can ONLY pay through an app you have to download on your phone). The complex itself is a little tired in spots (elevators, stairways, pool furniture) and gym is currently closed but renovations are in process and common areas are well cared for, including the pools. I especially loved mornings and evenings on the balcony. We liked being on a quieter part of Seawall Blvd--it's a short drive to get to the action if you want it. Great mini golf place within walking distance. The beach is right across the street which makes for nice views and if it had been cooler I definitely would have taken advantage of the sidewalk on the Seawall for long walks. For swimming and sitting by the ocean we preferred driving a few miles to the beach at Galveston Island State Park, which has chair/umbrella rentals and was much cleaner than the beach along Seawall. Dave is a great host who clearly enjoys making sure his guests have a good experience. He provides great property info and is available to answer questions and make recommendations. I would rent from Dave again without hesitation!

Great all around

We had a wonderful stay here. There was great communication from the owner the entire time. Loved the location and things to do in the area. With 3 pools it was never too crowded like we’ve had on other vacations. The price was great for my family and couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Hopefully we will get to go back soon. Definitely a 5star trip!
