Offering 3000 sq. feet of living space, whether you're enjoying a weekend getaway, working remotely, or gathering with family and friends…this house is for you! The main living area offers a generous & open floor plan that connects the living, dining, & kitchen together, perfect for entertaining. Soak in the gulf views from the living area or step out and relax on the 1st floor, spacious balcony. Ready for some fun? The huge downstairs shaded entertainment space is perfect for family & friends to gather while playing cornhole or watching the kids enjoy the outdoor yard space. In the cooler months, relax by the fireplace with a glass of wine and a bestseller or perhaps take a tranquil stroll on the beach. Hungry? You'll love being the chef in this fully stocked, gourmet kitchen. Serve your best dish while dining inside or al fresco, it's your choice! Don't forget to post your vacation fun on social media or stream the latest movie, high-speed internet is provided throughout the house. Less than 3 miles from the Galveston Seawall where you'll find a wide range of restaurants, shops, and the famous Pleasure Pier. Moody Gardens, the Historic Strand District and Schlitterbahn all within close driving proximity.

Accommodating 13 guests, the primary & secondary bedrooms both offer a king bed with direct balcony access while in the 3rd and 4th bedroom you will find a queen bed; all have en-suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom offers fun bunkbeds for the kids. (1 set is a twin over a full and the other a twin over twin). All bedrooms have a smart TV's for late night viewing.

*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m.
*Please note that the home is accessible by elevator but stairs may be required if not functioning. Home is equipped with Ring camera doorbell at front door.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *Sorry, No Wedding, Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Cancellations 31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refund or transfer of dates.

Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as the Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
