Aqua Marine is the Island gem you’ve been searching for! Freshly updated in 2021, this private beachfront home boasts first row Gulf views, an open floor plan with high ceilings, four bedrooms, a partially covered deck & more.
A wall of windows showcases the panoramic Gulf view while skylights keep the open living area bright and airy. Take a seat on the comfortable plush couches and spend hours catching up with family or friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space, so everyone can help out. Serve up meals at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or the dining table that seats 8.
4 private bedrooms means everyone gets their own comfortable space to relax. The primary king loft is tucked away upstairs, overlooking the living room. It has its own en suite bathroom and a private deck perfect for watching the sun rise over the water. The main level has three queen bedrooms and a bunk bedroom for the teens and kids. The full size washer and dryer are perfect for light packers and long stays.

This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
