Great time

It was such an easy check-in, the staff was friendly, the place was in a great location. The property was beautiful and my kiddos loved the amenities. They had a heated po so it was perfect for the cool February day. We will definitely come back.

Carr Couple’s Recent Stay

It was the first time to Galveston for both of us. We absolutely fell in love with the beach community and especially the property we stayed at. Everything was exactly as it was portrayed in the marketing materials. We love the location, the room, the patio, the common area, the pool, etc. They will definitely be back add, thank you for such a great stay.

Stay prior to cruise

The condo was fine. However, the check in procedure was an absolute joke. Although the documentation says you can not check into the room until 4pm, there is nothing that says you CAN NOT use any of the facilities until 4 pm. Therefore, if you arrive at 10 am, not only can you not use the pool, hot tub or any of the other facilities, they won’t even let you leave your luggage anywhere. Imagine that, no place to store a few pieces of luggage while you go get a bite to eat. You have to drag them through Galveston in the 100 degree heat. Then check out time is 10 am. If you try to speak with one of the service reps at Vacasa, they regurgitate something they are told to say no matter what the situation. They apologize for the inconvenience, but offer no solution whatsoever. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have, more like negative 10,000. Find another place to stay or get there after 4 pm. But, remember, you are paying for that day and getting almost nothing for it.

Nice condo! Great for a couple!

The condo was just as the photos portrayed. Nice grounds and very friendly people. The only negatives were that the bed needs a new mattress and the Keurig leaks.

Gorgeous

Very clean , safe , amazing staff , the pool is gorgeous ! Nothing to complain about other than finding you way to the check in desk is a little tricky - other than that it was a perfect experience!

Accurate listing

Great location in relation to the things we wanted to do and easy access to the beach. The unit itself was very nice. The kitchen was missing pans to cook with, but we bought a pan to bring back home. The wristbands were a pain and you felt like a kid being by reprimanded by a teacher for asking for one that was cutting your circulation off and being told you had to never take it off when the paper work stated it was only needed in common areas. Next, out 6th floor patio would have been great to drink coffee in the mornings since you aren’t allowed outside of it prior to 10am. We couldn’t use the patio for the first few days due to weather sealing. We understand maintenance, but we couldn’t use it. The residents were very friendly and gave their own recommendations for local places. All in all, the place was great. The rules for using the pool or even sitting at the pool area before 10am in the morning were a bit late and restrictive.

Great amenities!

The place was cute and stocked with what we needed. The pool and game rooms were perfect. Great view of the gulf and an easy to access location. Ramp parking was a plus!

Property review

It was a very nice property, and being next to the pool and hot tub was an extra bonus! Also, it's proximity to Stewart Beach made the ocean easily accessible. The one thing which I would suggest to enhance the experience would be to somehow add a washer/dryer to the property.

Fantastic

This was an absolute beautiful property!! There was some rain during my stay , but it didn't matter ! I will be back !! The staff is wonderful , everything about this mini vacay was fantastic! My new favorite place in Galveston!

Lovely, elegant condo

Wonderful condo, just as represented! The entire complex is beautiful. We especially loved this unit on the 6th floor with three pools just outside our patio. No crowds, noise. Great, helpful staff and excellent location on the seawall. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

This beautiful studio was spacious and lovely. It had beautiful views and great amenities. We enjoyed being close to restaurants, the strand, the beach while not being right in the middle of the tourist area.

Simple and relaxing

The property is just as described in the photos. The biggest plus for us was location of the unit—just steps from the pool and hot tub. We didn’t really like having to wear the wristbands, but that was probably the only disadvantage. We understand there are compromises when staying in a unit with a very active HOA. We met several residents and they were very kind and friendly. We cooked all of our meals in the condo… My only wish was for some type of Tupperware or storage containers. We ended up going to the dollar store to buy some plastic bags, and plastic dishes for storage and a dish scrubber, as we felt that was lacking. We use the barbecue grills and enjoyed having that as an option. There was an issue with the cable while we were there, but the property management was very attentive and address the concern by working with the local cable company. And I the location of the condo was great, the island isn’t too big and we were able to drive wherever we wanted. At first I thought the condo would be too small just being a studio, but it really did work wonderfully for us. And the shower is amazing! We definitely want to stay here again!
