Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Overall, I was very happy with our stay. The house was located near lots of things. We had most everything we needed there. However, when I booked it was listed as dog friendly but when I inquired about bringing my fur baby, the add magically changed. I even had a screen shot with proof that it was listed that way and they wouldn’t honor it.

The house was very accommodating & in a great location. Only concern was Coffee Maker did not work but it encouraged us to go out to some amazing restaurants. The pictures on line are not the same house but the house was great! Thank you for a great weekend yo celebrate my friends wedding!

Great house for family beach time!
This house is in a fantastic location (a nice walk to the beach) and accommodated my family and dogs comfortably. The property management team was quick to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

1st Time with VRBO
Yard was overgrown with tons of sticker burrs. My dog was full of stickers every time she went outside and brought them into the rug on the living room. My daughter and I could not go barefoot in the house due to the stickers on everything! The coffee pot worked fine until 10/29 (Sunday). Then it would not come on even after resetting plugs in kitchen and plugging it in at various plugs. The washing machine tub does not fill with water when cycle is selected. Not much use for beach or fishing clothes that need cleaning. Several water bugs and roaches seen in living room after midnight. Not unusual in coastal town but may get worse. There are no face clothes in the bathroom to wash with. My daughter requested these.
