Your Island vacation starts when you walk in. The nautical decor and soft coastal color palette invite you to gather for family time in front of the wall of windows. Admire the beautiful Gulf views while catching up and planning the day’s events. Even the family chef can appreciate the water and whip up a delicious meal at the same time. Feast together and make memories at the large dining table.
After a fun day in the sun, end the night in your cozy bedroom. The primary king suite is on the upper level, and it boasts a private deck with stunning Gulf views. Enjoy uninterrupted access to the breeze and beach! Freshen up in the en suite bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower. One bunk room is next door and another is on the main level - perfect retreats for the kids and teens. The main level also has another king bedroom as well as a full bathroom and washer/dryer!
Drink in the Gulf views from the expansive main deck. Catch a glimpse of dolphins, listen to the birds and the waves, or lounge and sip on your favorite drink. If you’re ready to hit the water, take the private walkover straight to the sand. No matter what activity you choose, you’ll be smiling from ear to ear either way!

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. More information about all of the policies can be found in the “Rental Agreement” document on the checkout page.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
