Feel at ease in Island Breeze! This welcoming Sea Isle beachfront home features an expansive main deck, bright and airy living area, spacious floor plan, and quick access to the beach. With the ability to accommodate 12 people, it’s a great getaway option for multiple families.
Walk inside and the hardwood floors and pops of color catch your eyes immediately. The wall of windows and skylights work together to illuminate this updated beach house. Sink into the plush couches or gather at the dining table to enjoy conversations with front row Gulf views. Get everyone involved in the fully-equipped kitchen with abundant counter space and seating - easy to prep and serve family meals.
The upper level primary king suite has a private deck and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and closet space. The loft overlooks the living area and has its own TV and two full futons. Back on the main level, you’ll find a king bedroom and bunk bedroom, both with easy access to the partially covered deck.
Sip your morning coffee while you listen to the sounds of the Island. The large main deck has plenty of outdoor furniture and is perfect for sunning. Head down the cleared path to start your beach day. When it’s time to wrap up your beach day, the ground level patio has a convenient outdoor shower for easy clean up. Let the Gulf breeze dry you off while you hang out on the built-in picnic table, and dine al fresco on your favorite beach snacks.
To add to the fun, Sea Isle guests have access to neighborhood amenities. Purchase a pass to the pool (seasonal), or request a pier key for the fishing pier (refundable deposit required)!

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. More information about all of the policies can be found in the “Rental Agreement” document on the checkout page.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
