The unobstructed corner deck view is one of the best of all the condos at this resort! Our short stay was comfortable and well appointed within the condo and the resort amenities. Communication with the host was timely and clear. The check out process was not burdensome. We particularly enjoyed the resort pools and close parking. We hope to return in the future!

This condo was perfect for the 6 of us! My husband and I, our 3 boys and my mom. What we loved the best was the location of the condo. It was right next to the beach club, including the pool and restaurant, but this specific unit is on the other side so the noise level from the pool was not a problem or concern at all. It’s also right in between 2 walk overs to the beach so very convenient. Also, we have stayed in 3 other condos at Pointe West and you can tell this one has been recently renovated with beautiful new modern touches. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful condo exceeded our expectations. You can tell the owner cares to make sure your visit is perfect for all ages. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for our family along with needed items for our toddler. The owner was great at communication. We will be staying here when coming back!!

Wonderful place!

Great condo!

We had a great time staying at James’ condo! It was the perfect space for our group of 7! It was so nice to be so close to the beach and have access to pools! The perfect getaway!

Great location n nice spot. We plan on swimming but cold weather hit us during Spring Break so we can’t enjoy the beautiful beach n pool.

Incredible Balcony Views

We loved the incredible balcony views in this condo! The beds were very comfortable, lots of dining spaces, and three full baths. The owner was very accommodating and made checking in and out a breeze. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was exactly how it is in the photos. It was tastefully decorated with high end products and fully stocked. The location is perfect. The unit is right next to the clubhouse pool and the walkway to the beach. It had amazing views of the ocean. The property manager was also quick to respond when we had an issue with the television. My friend had rented another unit on the property and she was impressed by this one. Will def stay here again.

Great location

We had a great family vacation at Brightside condo at Pointe West. Plenty of room for the whole family. The location was perfect-close to the beach, pool, and restaurant. Our only concern was that the secondary bedrooms were so cold, and the primary bedroom was cool enough, but it was not balanced as far as the temperature. Overall, we loved the condo and the location, and will probably stay in this unit again.

Condo was very nice, 3 big downfalls was how far town was, the mosquitos were insane and the elevator was down almost the entire 7 day stay

Didn’t Want To Leave…

This place was everything we were looking for. Quiet. Clean. Updated. Unobstructed view of the water. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Will definitely book here again for future return trips.

Great balcony

Had a nice anniversary week, loved the balcony. Enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor furniture. Large space, only thing was the owner has the master bedroom closet locked. They have a small wardrobe to put clothes in but would be nice to have the closet space. All in all nice stay.

3rd FLOOR FANTASTIC VIEW!

We love this unit and this property. 2 great pools and a "lazy river" for the kids. Unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico as far to the left and right you can see! 3 bedrooms with a bathroom for each. Perfect match for our family of 7 (3 kids...they loved the oversize bunk beds.) Did I mention there is pool side drink/food service at the main pool? Yes, that kind of drink too.
