Beach house in West End Galveston

This is a oversized 3200 sq.ft plus house!! West end private beach community. Bring the whole family up to nine guests to this great place with lots of room to enjoy. Full amenities including washer and dryer. 5 minutes walking away to beach front entertainment. Three stories with full bath and kitchen. Almost 360 balcony through house to view sunset and bayside view. The property is monitored and sensor by ring alarm application. The alarm will be off during your stay. There are five outside camera that are not recording nor active at all .
Property is managed through Altus realty broker john mai. Please note owner and broker are not responsible for any injuries occur during your stay. PARKING
• West End beach houses allow a maximum of four cars to park in the driveway.
• Do not park in a neighbor's driveway, block a driveway or fire lane, or park in a way that would
impact access to other's homes. fI your car does not fit in the driveway, do not encroach on a
sidewalk, a yard, or the street.
• Vehicles shall not be parked on lawns or in a neighboring driveway without authorization from

We had a great time at the beach. The house was nice, the kids loved how spacious it was and all the hiding places for hide and seek. The video game in the living room was a huge hit with our 9 year old son. Everything was clean and pretty.

Great Experience!

We had a great experience. Loved the house and location. Only things I’d recommend is to bring your own dishes (there’s only glass which isn’t a big deal), towels, and wash rags- there weren’t enough for our family.

Beautiful house close to Terramar beach

We enjoyed staying at this house for our vacation. It was beautiful and fit our 2 families well. There are a ton of stairs...so be prepared to leave buff!! Haha 😄 The beach is close enough to walk to, but also far enough to drive if you have alot of stuff to bring for your setup. On a different note, the only suggestion would be to have some more kitchen utensils and kid friendly cups. Other than that, we can't complain. We would stay again when visiting Galveston!

Spacious

Overall, this place was great. It was very spacious and accommodated what we needed. We had a few issues with the house but they were small and didn’t really affect our stay. It was a great location to the beach and the amenities were nice. The kitchen was missing some essentials for cooking (mixing bowls, etc..) but again, nothing we couldn’t work around. Overall, I would stay here again!

Some of my friends and I rented the beach house for a local fishing trip. Nice house. host was very communicative and friendly. Beautiful house.

John was awesome!

We had an awesome time minus the weather(storm) , the house was perfect, everyone had enough space, no complaints at all. John was amazing he made the process very smooth. Me and my family will most definitely rent again but only during the summer months.

Great location

House was great had a couple of issues but nothing to cry about. Host was responsive but there was an an animal bed in the house (only weird thing, but one in the party his highly allergic so they were nervous) No allergies presented during the stay. Would stay again and recommend for families and beach lovers.

Nice place pictures don’t to it justice very spacious, Has everything to make you feel at home, it also has access to the pool. The only con I have about this place is it’s not beach front as shown in the pin.

Overall great stay

On the vrbo website it shows this proerty beach front it is not. It is a 8 min walk as stated in the add. Short drive was what we did and it was awsome. House has good ac and was great for us 5 adult 3 kids. Host was very quick to answer questions. My first vrbo and will definitely do again.

Happy with our stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was some confusion about the actual location of the property and the bed sizes. Initially, it was listed that there were two twins but in the pictures it looked like two doubles. There is actually one double and one twin so the property sleeps 7. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house is spacious. There is also plenty of parking which was nice. More outdoor seating would be a plus, there were only two chairs on each balcony. The property also has a nice side lot if you wanted to set up outdoor games or activities. Towels are provided but I am not sure there were enough for everyone (I think there may have been 6). There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels so that was nice too.
