"Was as good as it can get very pleased "

"Great stay! Our original room we booked had a balcony and upon arrival were told that they were out of balcony rooms so switched us to another room. This room was higher up and had a great view of the beach and surrounding areas. All staff were very friendly and room was super clean. Heated pool and swim up bar were very nice and breakfast was delicious! Very close to the beach and lots of things close by to do. We got some great recommendations from the bartender Gina. Also ordered a couple pizzas from the kitchen and they were great as well. "

"This is an old hotel, but it is very clean. It is so quite. Could not hear anyone above us or out in the hallway outside. Very nice stay. This will be my go-to hotel when in Galveston. Beautiful pool and nice bar at the pool. Food was great! "

"Wow!! I’m super picky and I need clean and friendly people around me to feel safe and comfortable. This hotel has it all. We arrived tired at 10pm. My son left his suitcase outside of the room! In the morning I called the front desk and they had saved it behind the desk. Everyone was so kind and polite. Smiles and greetings every turn. I love this place. The room was spectacular, clean, full kitchen, and beautiful view. We will be back for sure. This is the biggest bang for your buck. The breakfast was also great"
