"Front desk and housekeeping never answered phone calls. 3/6 elevators are broken and never been fixed. Nothing is included. Only good thing is you get $30 discount per person for water park."

"The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I did enjoy having different options of food to eat without leaving out of the hotel. Just a little disappointed that I didn't come home rich from the .01 cent slot machines (lol). But I had an amazing time and memories to share."
