Located on the second floor (without an elevator) of a residential condominium in the heart of the city, just 100 meters from the main street, Corso Roma, where you can find all types of establishments: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and various shops. The most famous beaches of Baia Verde, with its lively Salento nightlife, are just 5 minutes away.
The apartment is very bright and surrounded by a balcony and terrace with a sea view. It consists of a very spacious living room whit air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom whit air conditioning with an additional armchair bed, a mezzanine double bedroom, and a bathroom with a complete shower box.
A washing machine, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi are available for guests.
There is a paid, guarded parking lot nearby in the port area.

The first beach, characterized by a smooth, easily accessible rocky shoreline, is within walking distance (about 100 meters). By walking for 1 km, you can reach the famous sandy coastline of Gallipoli, which stretches from Lido San Giovanni to Punta Pizzo.
