"We had a wonderful time! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Pittsburgh University and a quick drive to CMU. The only thing that could have been better was that the elevator key card access wasn’t working when we were there, which was a bit of a safety concern for the guests."

"Valet staff was professional. Check in was smooth. I don’t recommend a room near the elevator as it’s open to the lobby and gathering area and can be noisy at times. Walkable to restaurants"

"I checked in late and exhausted. The staff member that checked me in was super friendly and kind. He asked my preference for floor and near or away from the elevator. The location of this hotel is very convenient for visiting my children at Pitt and CMU. "

"Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed."

"This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very safe. The owners were responsive to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. The condition of the property itself was ok. The shower has a window that the neighbors can see into, so be prepared for that. There were lots of broken blinds on the windows and it was very obvious the owners were not sinking money into the property to keep it up. The bed linens were dirty, but the owners gave me the closet code to gain access to clean ones so I could change the sheets. Also, they left us two towels for a 3 day stay. But I had access to the locked linen closet, so that was rectified. The bus to downtown runs right by the property so that was very cool. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. Off street parking was available and easy to find. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again. Too many other options. "

"Everything was neat and clean, with exceptional attention to detail. The furnishings were charming, complementing the property and the neighborhood. Free designated parking was a big plus! The host did an outstanding job foreseeing our comfort and needs."

"The property was very clean and nicely designed/decorated. Really appreciated the free parking and was in a good location. Air worked great, bed and linens were wonderful with a nice size television and updated everything! Would stay again."
