The house has very cozy and in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions and when I told her I was coming to town to spend Christmas with my daughter she very thoughtfully had a tree up and decorated in the house I highly recommend this property

This was our group's 19th annual Ladie's Getaway Weekend and the first time staying at a VRBO. Previously we always stayed at B&B's or inns. This was great! The house was very clean. There was plenty of space for our group of 6! There was enough towels and extra blankets

We had 8 in our group of an all-girl 3 generation family annual Xmas trip during the luminary's weekend. The house was so close to Main Street, we were able to walk downtown. Because of this, we were able to come and go as needed as there were different agendas with a large group. Lovely house with plenty of room and comfortable beds There was a large table to accommodate all of us to eat together and play cards. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for meals. Prompt response from host when needed.

If you are coming to Galena for a girls trip, this is the perfect place to stay! We parked our car when we got there, and never got in it again until we left. Everything is within walking distance. The house is very clean and very well appointed. Contact with the owner was very easy and responses were very timely. When we come back to Galena, we will definitely stay here again!!

5 sisters stayed at this perfectly charming home in Galena for a weekend. Everyone had their own space - everyone thought the beds were super comfy. Location was great! We were able to walk downtown every day; it was an easy walk even for the more elderly of our group. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Easy check in and out. The house was so cute, clean and absolutely perfect in every way. We loved our stay here and Galena!! Thank you, Deb!

Excellent cozy, spacious home with character. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (much more so than other places we have stayed) for cooking and serving a variety of dishes. We had ample bed and bath linens and enjoyed playing the games available. The outdoor area in the back would have been great for grilling and conversation but we ran out of time to enjoy. The location was an easy walk for all ages to the shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street. The host was very informative with the process for checking in and out and making sure we had everything we needed.

This property is so charming!!! We went for a girls’ weekend and had such a wonderful time!! Being so close to downtown and not worrying about Ubers and driving was priceless! It was so easy! The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths which was perfect for our group! The living room was so cozy and we spent each night and morning relaxing! We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone!!! The host was very responsive too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We 4 sisters came from different directions to meet in Galena. Our accommodation was spectacular! Deb was approachable and promptly answered all questions. The house was just what we wanted for a walkable location to main area of Galena. There were special touches as my kcups. My sister misplaced her iPad and Deb worked very hard to relocate the device with success. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!
