The Space:
The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as UF Campus, Downtown Gainesville, the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs and Itchetucknee state park (only a 40-minute drive)!

This newly-built, concept-designed, upstairs home, features a bright King Bed Master Bedroom with en-suite bath, a Queen bedroom with en-suite bath, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared bath. You'll also find a queen pullout sofa and a premium quality rollaway bed. With 6 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 9 guests in total. Plentiful clean linens and towels are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.

Everything in the home is brand new, professionally designed with a magical and modern uniquely Florida theme, Everlasting Springs! Enjoy a full kitchen with granite countertops, hard floors, Gigabit WiFi, and large LED TVs in every room with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, and all of your favorites!

We also provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in every room of the house.

Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary!

You'll have 2 designated parking spot in addition to free street parking all around the home.

Guest Access:
Everything inside is for your use and enjoyment! Your two reserved parking spots are behind the building, marked 518 and are the ones on the right back corner of the lot. Please do not park outside these spots and if you have more than 2 cars park for free on the street.

The downstairs porches are out of limits and are for our downstairs tenants. Please use your upstairs balcony only.

Other Things to Note:
We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed. We have a noise decibel detector that notifies us if there is loud disruptive noise (It does not record and only goes off with very excessive noise like loud screaming or party music).

NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Certified Service Animals

NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $10 nightly charge per extra guest

Guests must go up 2 steps to get up on porch and then up a flight up stairs; not wheelchair accessible or for those with mobility problems. Ask us about our other ground floor spaces if you need.

Interaction with Guests:
We're available anytime and like to give you space to feel at home and do what you came here for. We are available almost anytime via the Airbnb app or a phone call for anything urgent.
