This is an excellent house for hosting a large group and/or a party. We were in Gainesville for my granddaughter’s graduation and this house suited us perfectly. Plenty of room for our family to stay and perfect space to host a small celebration for our graduate and her friends. Luis was very responsive to my requests. He even had the home decorated for Christmas inside and out! We really liked having the pickle ball court and corn hole games. It was a bit too cold to use the pool. Thanks for a great weekend, Luis!

This house is perfect for a gathering of family/friends. We were a group of ten and there was plenty of room for all of us. We’ve stayed twice for long game weekends in Gainesville and will likely be back for another.
