It’s a great place for family or groups of friends to hang out on game day or any other occasion. You won't regret taking advantage of the relaxing two-tier deck outside. You will make great memories having dinner under the twinkling string lights, relaxing in the hammock during the day under the sun sail, or having a cup of coffee at the seating area in the morning dew.

The downstairs living room, dining room, and kitchen offers a great entertaining space for your group to lounge and interact. You can ask Alexa to play some tunes or even games! Take your meals at the kitchen bar or at the dining room table, whichever suits your group best!

When you are ready to be away from everyone, you can retreat upstairs to you own private bedroom and bathroom. Each room is uniquely styled so that you can find your goldilocks style match. You can log into your own streaming services on the Roku TV's! With guest mode you will be automatically logged out on the date you select, so you don't have to worry about future guests watching your shows. Additional guests can find a queen sized memory foam bed inside the living room sofa or utilize the Air Mattress.
