Beautiful and very spacious home - very new and nice amenities. Acess to all of the streaming apps on tv was a bonus. Enjoyed our stay with a couple exceptions. The refrigerator was not clean - one of the bins appeared to have leakage from beef juices and coffee maker not clean. We were charged a cleaning fee and assumed this was charged to the previous renters and expected a clean house upon our arrival. (Have pictures) With several communiques - about damage and responsibilities provided prior and after arrival and posted throughout the home, and in emails, we were concerned as there were grooves in the hardwood floor, missing handle on the dresser lower drawer in the master bedroom, several outlets not working. Affected our stay/enjoyment to some extent as we easily could have been held responsible/liable. We requested to stay an extra day and were told they would get back with us but no one did. Inability to adjust the temperature unless we contacted management - should not interrupt our stay contacting management for something as simple as this. Very cool to cold at night. Luckily our sleeping bag opened into a blanket. Ending on a good note, we were able to pick up dish we had left in the dishwasher from the cleaning lady after departing. We contacted management about this and said they had opened a ticket. We called back and confirmed the cleaner gave us the dish and the ticket could be closed.
