2005年に建てられたこの趣のある3ベッド2バスハウスは、大学アベニューのすぐそばにあるUFキャンパスから3.2 kmの場所にあります。 暖炉、充実したキッチン、洗濯機/乾燥機、2つの流し台付きのマスターベッドルームとバス、複数のシャワーヘッド、大きなバスタブが含まれます。 家には3つのベッド（キング1、クイーン1、フル1）、2つの大きなリクライニングソファ、3つのエアマットレスがあります。 テニスラケット（近くにコートがあります）と、滞在中に使用できる自転車もあります。 （ガレージにロックされているため、これらを使用したい場合は事前にお知らせください）質問がある場合は、ノースフロリダメディカルセンターからわずか1マイルです。

Perfect Gainesville Stay

Cozy home

Family Vacation

The house was great. Had lots of fun games to play and room for all of us. The only thing it was lacking was lighting in the back year and in the driveway at night time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Alex was great responding and if ever needed will stay here again.

Very accommodating stay

The host & the house were absolutely amazing. Our family needed a temporary rental during our fathers surgery. The host was super accommodating to our needs, in our time of need. We are beyond thankful for that! The close proximity to Shand’s hospital was a critical necessity to be able to be back & forth. This location is close by to all the wonderful restaurants & shopping. We found this little gem of a place called Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park you must go check it out! Fascinating to actually see & great for a morning hike! Our family really enjoyed this wonderful home! During our stay we also dealt with a Cat 4 hurricane Idalia & this home was superb on keeping us all protected & the host was very attentive! 5 stars all around

Great property and location

This was a great spot for our visit to Gainesville. Close to everything and house was very inviting. Would recommend to anyone looking for more than a hotel room. This house had all the amenities needed for our stay.

The Alum Housr

We are six UF alums that meet up annually for football & fun (missed 2020 and 2021) started looking in August and found this house. It was perfect for our group- privacy, plenty of room and close to stadium (west of stadium which is perfect for leaving game)- Alex was responsive and helpful. Nothing fancy but a great house for a large group!
