Downtown duplex next to the Bed and Breakfast district. Walk to downtown, just 2 miles from UF campus and Shands, convenient to restaurants and park- perfect location! This comfortable 2 bedroom home has a washer and dryer, comfortable living area and spacious dining area.

This is a duplex that has a fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker, a smart TV for you a use with your favorite apps.

It has two queen beds and a queen air mattress upon request to sleep 6.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. No Smoking- $250 fee for smoking inside the home
2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)

4. 1- Pet allowed if disclosed during booking- $200 fee if caught with an unreported pet.-
5. Please clean up dog waste - $100 fee if dog waste is left behind.
