Very comfortable stay. Safe neighborhood. No problems. Didn’t cook anything but had everything there that you would need if you did. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Host text me every morning asking if we had any questions or concerns. Would stay there again if the need arises.

Wonderful stay

Great spot, close to FL campus. Fire pit and back yard were awesome to hang out with our friends. Check in was super easy. Owner was accommodating and very nice. I would 100% stay here again.

Gators weekend

Stayed here for a couple nights while in town for Gators sporting events. Location of this property is perfect. Walking distance to Ben Hill Griffin stadium, the ODome and bars/restaurants on University Ave. Property was extremely clean inside. Will definitely stay here again.

I was glad I chose this property—there were quite a few competing options.The home is small but cozy. Three of the four bedrooms are surprisingly spacious, each fitting a queen bed, one has 2 queensside tables, and a TV on a small dresser. The fourth bedroom (the master) is the largest, with its own bathroom and tub, but it’s separate from the main area and requires stepping down three steps, which may not suit everyone.The kitchen has basic staples like oil spray, salt, and pepper, plus helpful extras like regular sugar, Splenda, foil, plastic wrap, and plenty of trash bags.A Keurig-style coffee machine was a big plus and stacked with pods of different flavors. Or you can bring your own as we did. The backyard is a nice bonus—we only used it once when my grandson brought his inflatable pool, but it’s a great space. The neighborhood is also pleasant, with lots of trees that help make walks more comfortable despite the heat.Only for my comfort, I would recommend a king bed in the big bedroom and fluffier pillows, otherwise everything was A-plus plus!!Thanks for offering this exceptional property for everyone to enjoy, Rob!

This place is amazing! Super clean, great set up, spacious, comfortable couch and beds - being able to walk to UF is incredible! Great back yard and the host is super responsive and nice!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Property!!

Our group of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect! It was in a great neighborhood and the house was very clean and close to restaurants. I would recommend this house and would stay here again!
