"The staff at the hotel desk was great! Room was nice. We selected this hotel because after traveling we wanted a day of relaxation. The property showed a beautiful pool and spa. The person at the spa was not friendly. Also we could not use the pool because you have to reserve it in advance and it was full.. you have to make a reservation to use a pool? Don’t select this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa. Lesson learned."

The staff there are super warm and accommodating. They did a great job. Also the front desk staff were very welcoming and helped us navigate a more comfortable room. They held our luggage after checkout while we roamed around and gave us recommendations on where to go. All in all, the best service."
