This modern holiday flat is idyllically nestled in a spacious garden in the middle of the forest. Despite its secluded location, the romantic building is only 40 minutes by car from Berlin.
The high-quality accommodation is aimed at nature-loving travellers and families. It is located in an attractive tourist region with numerous sights and exciting excursion destinations near Berlin and at the same time offers romantic seclusion in the Fürstenwald city forest. Here you can enjoy pure relaxation and recreation. In the garden you will find a cosy terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Children can look forward to play equipment and plenty of space to run around. You only share the peace and quiet with the forester's family, who also live in the forester's lodge. The region offers something for everyone: city tours, cycling, hiking, car tours, motorcycling, fishing and much more. If you simply want to enjoy the tranquillity of nature, you've also come to the right place. Families with children in particular will love the freedom and possibilities. There are restaurants in the area offering everything from home-style cooking to Thai specialities. There is a small supermarket in nearby Hangelsberg.

Rustige retraite in het bos, Ruim appartement met een leuke tuin

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung für Naturliebhaber. Sie liegt mitten im Wald, daher die dauert die Anfahrt über unbefestigte Waldwege gute 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und mit allem ausgestattet was es für Ferien braucht. Ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser, Handtücher, Kaminholz sind vorhanden. Wir haben Sie sauber vorgefunden. Toll ist die Ausstattung der Fenster mit stabilen Insektenschutznetzen, was bei blutsaugenden Insekten im Wald (merkt man direkt bei ersten Waldspaziergang) gut ist um trotzdem zu lüften. Auch Gesellschaftsspiele und einige Bücher sind vorhanden. Der vorhandene WLAN-Anschluss ist nötig, da es im Haus keinen Mobilfunkempfang (zumindest für vodafone) gibt. Super ruhig ist es schlussendlich leider nicht, da in ca. 700 - 800 m eine Bahnstrecke verkehrt, die gut und regelmäßig frequentiert und schnell befahren wird. Zudem hört man von der darüber liegenden Wohnung durch die Zimmerdecke hin und wieder Laufgeräusche. Dies alles tut unserer Gesamteinschätzung von 5* aber keinen Abbruch.

Heel rustig gelegen, net en ruim huis met grote tuin....

Eine wirklich sehr neu und toll ausgestattet Ferienwohnung erwartet einen. Sehr sehr gut ausgestattet mit babybett, Kinderstuhl, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Grill, ect..... alles auch ganz neu und liebevoll, sogar mit frischen Blumen. Top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Um zum Haus zu kommen unbedingt die Anfahrtsbeschreibung lesen. Google Maps schickt einen ganz falsch. Denn die letzten 5 km geht es auf Schotterweg durch den Wald. Mal schnell Brötchen holen dauert dann gute 40 min weil im Ort kein Bäcker ist. Ohne Auto ist da also nicht so viel zum Unternehmen. Den Garten konnten wir auch schön mit nutzen incl sitzecke, Grill und Sandkasten. In der oberen Etage des Hauses wohnt aber leider jemand. Das hatten wir so nicht raus gelesen.

Het huis was geweldig. Na een oprit van ca. 3 km zie je het in de bossen liggen, helemaal alleen. Het enige dat ontbrak, en dat was in ons geval wel een beetje jammer, was een parasol. Met temperaturen constant ruim boven de 28 graden en geen enkel stukje schaduw had dat wel erf fijn geweest.

Das Forsthaus war von der Hauptstraße kommend gut ausgeschildert. Der Waldweg war leicht ausgefahren (in der Mitte überhöht), so dass man mit einem Fahrzeug mit geringer Bodenfreiheit sehr vorsichtig fahren muss. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Forsthaus vorhanden. Wir mussten den Schlüsselkasten etwas suchen. Er befindet sich an der rechten Seite des Vorbaus. Wenn uns die Vermieterin nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht hätte, hätten wir ihn eventuell nicht gefunden. Die Umgebung mitten im Wald ist für Naturliebhaber ein Traum. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand, geschmackvoll, wertig und vollständig ausgestattet. Es fehlte fast an nichts. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns, dass die Zimmer (vermutlich längere Zeit) ausgekühlt waren. Zumindest dauerte es über 24 Stunden, bis die Raumlufttemperatur von 21 Grad nach dem Abschalten der Heizung in der Nacht nicht sofort wieder abfiel. Im Kinderzimmer wurde eine Raumtemperatur von 22 Grad auch nach mehreren Tagen nicht erreicht, so dass wir mit unserem Kind im Wohnzimmer spielten. Das wäre auch unser Hinweis an die Verantwortlichen, in der kalten Jahreszeit darauf zu achten, dass die Wohnung nicht komplett auskühlt. Denn dann dauert es mehrere Tage, bis die Wände und das Mobiliar die gewünschte Raumtemperatur annehmen und die Lufttemperatur nach dem Abschalten der Heizung nicht sofort wieder sinkt.

Met 4 kinderen hebben we twee weken vakantie gevierd in juli 2015. In de directe omgeving een heel goed zwembad en meren verscholen in de bossen. Met de trein in een uurtje in hartje Berlijn. Een groot feest. Echt heel ruime accommodatie. Aanrader.

de woning (onderste etage van een woning waar ook de eigenaar in woont) is bij aankomst zeer net en komt overeen met de beschrijving. het enige voor ons grote nadeel was dat de internetverbinding enkel bestond uit een isdn lijn. na vraag aan de eigenaar om - desnoods mits bijbetaling - voor een snellere verbinding te zorgen, kwam hier geen verandering in . als internetconnectie echt noodzakelijk is, kan dit huis niet worden aangeraden. een meer comfortabele zetel in de living ware ook aangewezen. de eigenaar sprak geen Engels.

Als je van de weg af gaat rijd je nog 10 minuten door het bos en kom je bij het huis. Alle kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Voorzieningen dik in orde. Wij waren er tijdens een hete periode en dankzij de horren was het goed te doen. Berlijn is naast de trein ook goed bereikbaar met de auto en het parkeertarief in Berlijn is heel acceptabel.

Mooie en erg ruime woning op begane grond en heel compleet ingericht. Ook het gebruik van de tuin is zeer aan te raden. wij hadden het geluk dat de hoofdbewoner (boswachter) zelf ook met vakantie was en we dus helemaal alleen in het bos waren (de woning ligt ca 3,5 km in het bos zonder enige buren) de stilte en rust zijn dan helemaal geweldig. (er komt wel af en toe een trein langs maar dat stoort nauwelijks) Het bos zelf is wat eentonig (productie bos) maar prima om naar naastgelegen meer te wandelen.

Dit vakantie verblijf is een goede uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan Berlijn, het is schoon en netjes. Wel ligt het midden in de bossen, dus erg stil.
