The house is very clean and has amazing view from the balcony and terrace. Umberto takes care of the house and also cooks dinner for the guest. He is a very kind young guy. He is very helpful and answers all the questions.

Very nice place , great customer service from Umberto . Only recommendation will be to have some water in the rooms when the customers arrive , that will be great since the location has no markets at any walkable distance. The rest , everything was exceptionally great!

Umberto was the best!! Helpful, kind and a great chef. We had pizza first night it was delicious! Breakfast was delicious as well, nice selection and coffee!!! The room had sufficient air conditioning for a hot humid climate. Drinks and snacks available for purchase. If you enjoy a personal stay this is the place. We liked the room at San Giacomo Ralais. It had a great view and was quiet. Please do update your website as it asks guests to contact the property a day before arriving, which ends up being unnecessary! Also it would help to warn guests that San Giacomo staff does not offer any help with luggage--in spite of the fact that the house is up the hill and requires a very steep 5 minute walk.

Läget är inte optimalt då byn saknar service, endast en restaurang inom 1 km. Väldigt fint intrett och smakfullt renoverat. Frukosten alltför sparsam och vi behövde fråga efter tex äggröra. Inget bröd utan endast sötsaker. Lunch efter förfrågan och utan information. Hotellet skulle tjäna på att erbjuda sina tjänster aktivt avseende mat samt ha högte tillgänglighet. Receptionen endast sporadiskt bemannad. Magisk utsikt över havet och naturen, trevlig men tillbakahållen service, lite språksvårigheter.

Nice place but far away

The hotel has a beautiful view, nice newly renovated rooms, small restaurant, and quite amazing service. It was basically only one person, but he was a kind receptionist and also fantastic chef, preparing delicious dinner and breakfast for us. The only problem was location of the hotel, which is far away from the coast. You have to drive around 30 min from the coast to reach the place, and the driving is not easy for non-Italian driver.
