Designed to host up to four guests, the villa blends contemporary comfort with the quiet sophistication of Scandinavian and mid-century aesthetics. The interiors centre around an open-plan living space that connects seamlessly with a private garden and a large sun-drenched patio. A sense of balance and purpose defines each room.

The master suite features a king-size bed and an en suite with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes two single beds that can be joined or separated, ideal for friends or younger guests. A second full bathroom ensures comfort for all. Each space is air-conditioned and includes high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity.

Outdoors, the villa invites unhurried moments: cedars line the lawn, while the dining patio, barbecue and lounge area provide the setting for long lunches and slow evenings under the sky. The house honours its original Madeiran character through traditional rooflines and soft architectural details, while embracing a minimal Atlantic sensibility.

The villa includes a laundry area, modern insulation and fully equipped kitchen for extended stays. Street parking is available nearby. The surrounding area offers immediate access to restaurants, walking trails and the sea, all within a few minutes’ walk.

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere, parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

3. Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.

4. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of respect for the surrounding environment.

5. Check-In & Check-Out
Kindly respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times to help ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. Check-ins are welcomed until 22:00. For arrivals after this time, a €32 supplement for night-time coordination applies. This can be settled via the online check-in form or, if not completed in advance, on arrival.

6. Neighbour Awareness
Please remain mindful of the local community throughout your stay.

7. Furnishings and Amenities
All furnishings and amenities are provided for your enjoyment throughout the stay. Kindly ensure that no items are removed from the property.

8. Additional Guests or Visitors
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

9. Insects & Wildlife
This property is located on Madeira Island, known for its lush nature and subtropical climate. Depending on the season, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife may occur. While regular pest control is in place, a fully insect-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We recommend keeping windows closed, storing food securely, and managing waste appropriately to help maintain comfort.

10. Tourist Tax
As part of local requirements, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to 7 nights, for guests aged 13 and above) will be collected during check-in via the registration form. This contribution is forwarded directly to the municipality.
