Less than a 5-minute walk from the train station and bus station, tons of restaurants including ramen, sushi, taiwanese, etc.. Quiet neighborhood with surprisingly useful nightlife. Directly next door to a 24/7 lawson convenience store.

Location is great and close to transportation and shops. It can be loud at night especially on the weekends, other than that, staffs are friendly and helpful, the place is clean. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. It's a wonderful new hotel located atop an office building with modern architecture. The surroundings are pristine with 2 soccer fields adjacent to the building (it seems that they're reservation only) and Tsurumai park. Check in is fairly simple, but a pre-check in is required online. My favorite part is the terrace open to hotel guests that overlooks the park and soccer fields.

What a wonderful experience I had! All the staff was really, unbelievably kind and helpful; the service was excellent, too. They all went not only extra mile but also above and beyond. For just an example, when I worried about if I would be able to make on time for the flight to go home and asked one of the front desk personnel, another person checked out the train schedule, transfer, how much time it would take, and etc. everything I would need to know, and printed it out without being...

The apartment was great. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Make sure you get the email from the property owner. Ours went to spam and we had no idea how to find the property or how to get the key.

The apartment had everything that we needed for comfort. It was easy to stay there. The street outside is rather noisy, so earplugs might be helpful. But it was a great day.

Congratulations to all the staff. I was absolutely and greatly impressed by the facilities, the distribution and cleannness of the rooms, and the quality and attitude of service of all members. I highly appreciate all the attentions to my group. Breakfast is gorgeous. I strongly recommend this hotel that, on top all that, is right in the heart of Sakae, with shops, restaurants, and entertainment options within a few steps.
