The room was clean and nice. Staff were all very sincere and helpful. The breakfast area was nicely set with good variety of Japanese and western food. Conveniently located near Sakae station.

The hotel's Twin Room is very spacious compared to many hotels in Japan. It is located in one of the busy areas and it take about 8 to 10 min walk to the subway. And it is one stop away from Nagoya Station. A good choice.

Room is very small. No space to walk if one is sitting at the desk. Toilet and shower is very small. No place to hang your towel and clothes. Very dusty at the bed board.

電車や地下鉄からのアクセスも良く、飲食店コンビニも周辺にあり便利だった。フロントスタッフの対応も柔が温かく、部屋もシャワー室トイレ別で過ごしやすかった。次回機会があればまた、泊まりたいと思った。

일본 숙박시설치고 크기가 너무 작진않아요 그냥 무난? 조식공간은 훌륭하고 건물도 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절해요 영어도 가능해서 좋았어요 다만, 화장실에 날파리가..어마어마.. 진짜 어디서 나오는건가 싶을 정도로 새끼 날파리?가 많아요 근데 얘네가 힘이 없는건지 날아다니다가 금방 죽더라구요 쨋든 화장실만 좀더 좋았더라면 너무 만족했을꺼같아요. 개선이 필요합니다.
