「ホテルから出て目の前がビーチなので、とても良かった。食事はハーフボードで申し込んだので夜も毎回お料理が変わり飽きる事なく美味しい料理を食べる事が出来た。お寿司とお味噌汁のある日もあって最高だった。残念な事は部屋の掃除。アメニティのコットン等も初日だけしかなく、水も買わなきゃいけない。タオルも置いてくれて無かった等色々… それ以外は最高でした。」

「The property was very clean and staff really helpful. I have no idea why someone else found them unhelpful. They even do a turn down service in the evening with a chocolate, which is lovely. 「What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. 「プエルトデルロザリオのバスターミナルから歩きました。ホテルのある通りの名前を言えば地元の人はすぐわかるようで、行き方を教えてもらえたので迷わずにたどり着けました。 レセプションの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でチェックインもスムーズでした。 部屋は冷蔵庫、扇風機、湯沸かしポット、アメニティは石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、くし、等があります。 ありがたかったのは無料のミネラルウォーター2本です。 フエルトベントゥーラは水道水を沸かしても何か癖があり、飲用向けではないので、このサービスは本当に助かります。 床の掃除はあまり丁寧ではないのでスリッパはあった方がいいです。 シャワーカーテンが短めなのでバスルームの床が濡れてしまう等、多少の欠点はありますが、Wi-Fiも良好で全体的に悪くはないです。 」
