Misleading photos and description. No stairs shown
Way way to many stairs and no mention of them at all in photos of Villa or description. We had an 80 year old, a 7 month pregnant lady and 5 children 4 under the age of 5 including 1 under 2 year who the stairs were really good fun so someone was consistently having to watch her. My mum really really struggled with them which made the holiday not as enjoyable as it should have been. The surrounding area was also very very hilly, not walkable to the beach as suggested for anyone but a fit person, so we felt very stuck and had to get 3 taxis everywhere we went. Was very very disappointed that a property is allowed to be advertised missing or vital information like the property is over 3 flights of very step stairs! Very very misleading and such a shame. The property was also a lot more dated than appeared in the photos with very old towels provided to use in the bathrooms and no mats for the floors that were marble and very slippery and definitely not safe for my mum or the children. One other down fall about the property was the fact the main bedroom blinds did not work so had to put towels up at them to stop the light coming though to put the baby to bed at night. All rounds that could and need to mended/updated. Positives were Check in was fine, owner meet us at the property and was nice. The kitchen was sufficient, plenty of equipment, pots and pans to cook. Missing plastic cups and plates for outside areas.
