Also tour buses and tour agencies are within walking distance. The breakfast is good while the spa and bar are open until 22:00 and 23:00 respectively."

The location is excellent—close to the center and surrounded by souvenir shops, which made it easy and fun to explore. The breakfasts included were great and a nice bonus to start each day. "Sergio is a very welcoming and courteous host. The BNB was clean and well kept. The neighborhood is quiet. It is about a 15 minute walk to the center of Ushuaia. Breakfast was a fresh made toast sandwich of ham and cheese along with homemade croissants, coffee, and juice. Sergio had it hot and ready on time every day. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
