部屋の風呂。洗ってないのが丸わかり。大丈夫かな？と手でなぞってみるとザラザラ。浴槽洗う前の現象。気持ちが悪くてシャワーだけで済ませました。この調子だと大浴場も清掃は磨いたりしてないと思う。フロントの方は感じがよく丁寧で良かったのですが、施設の清潔感はありませんでした。古い施設なのは仕方がないことですし、安いので期待せず行きましたが、清掃くらいはちゃんとしてほしいです。

凄く丁寧で優しい。朝チェックアウトのあと駐車場へ向かったら霜が降りてて車の窓ガラスが真っ白になってました。そのあとすぐ旅館の方が霜を取るヘラを持ってきてくれました。 普通であれば霜を溶かす為に数分エンジンかけ、暖房で温めたり時間がかかった出発がかなり時短になりました。 ３歳の息子が居ましたが、館内用の浴衣もお布団も小さいサイズを用意してくれ嬉しかったです。 館内の歯磨き粉は少し固かったですが、改善してくれる事を祈ります。 あと館内に電子レンジがないのですが、旅館の方が、「厨房で温めますか？」と聞いてくれ、優しかったです。 わからないことや困ったことは旅館の方が親身に聞いて対応が早かったです。 部屋は凄く広く、古い作りでしたが、素泊まりにはかなり満足でした。 また家族や友達とまた泊まりたいと思った旅館です。 旅館の周りは徒歩300m圏内にコインランドリーや食べ物屋さん(ほうとう屋さんやお寿司屋さんなど)色々ありました。 20時閉店が多い為早めに来店が必要かもしれません。 薬局やコンビニもあります。
