コスパ悪し

ホテルズドットコムから予約していたのですが、予約されている、いない、でトラブルとなりました。 また、部屋でwifiが使えず、その旨をフロントに伝えても部屋を変えていただけませんでした。強めにゴネてようやく部屋を変えていただくことに。 WEB予約に慣れていないようですし、コスパの割に清潔感は低い為、他にホテルがあればそちらのご利用をお薦めします。
