「Is a bit dated. Stayed on the 9th floor was told could only use one elevator to get up there. Between selected times (not known to guest) the elevator is used to take the hotels laundry down which does occupy a bit of time if you need to get going. The internet service isnt that great so ordering room service the card machine cant work so still will need to head downstairs to pay (room was fully paid already and no card was added to the system). 「I stayed here for one night with my dad ready for the guns and roses concert at Wembley Stadium! We were in a spacious twin room that was very clean, and had comfortable beds! My only gripe with the room was the squeaky floor boards that were present everywhere you walked within the room, as well as in the hallway leading to the room, although this was a little on the annoying side, it was completely liveable for the one night!
