「We wanted to stay near the fairgrounds and the Admiral Peary is only a couple of miles away. As it turns out, not only was it convenient it was also a destination of its own. We hope to be able to return on a nice weekend in the summer, it was that nice a place to stay.」

「The location was off the beaten path and in the woods. Quiet cozy room ( no TV ) price was more than reasonable considering what hotels on the Conway strip cost. Free breakfast was simple, apples,oranges, muffins, pastries, coffee, tea. Stayed for Fryburg Fair.20 minutes away. Hot water in the morning was an issue as it was only lukewarm both shower and sink . Wall heater in bathroom didn’t work but wasn’t needed ( 35 degrees outside). Electric heat worked . These issues I’ve had in major Hotels...

「Everything is great about this property. Just one thing, the upstairs bathroom in the Harrison Suite has no curtain to close, only a lace cover that is see-through, so no privacy in the bathroom. Other than that issue, the inn is fantastic.」
