「Well where do I start. There were many things beyond the owners control, started with half electric that went into no electric, due to Storms before our arrival and island wide outages. The owner was great about always answering texts and trying to resolve the issues. Wifi was not working but we could use the downstairs wifi so no biggee. 「We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was absolutely amazing. Loved having 2 king beds so my young kids were able to share a bed. The AC and blackout curtains were amazing and such a nice treat to get a good nights rest before heading to the airport in the morning. Highly recommend! 」

「年末に3泊予約をしました。チェックインしたところ、なぜか隣のリゾートホテルに回されました。同じグループとのことで、こちらは満室だからということでした。となりのリゾートホテルの設備も悪くはないと思うのですが、ガーデンビューといいながら、なんだか山の中にいるみたい、なんだかすっきりしませんでした。ビーチまでは徒歩15分、ビーチチェアもホテルに宿泊していないから、とのことで無料で借りることができませんでした。ビーチはきれいで、スノーケルもすぐ近くでできます。朝の散歩を楽しむ意味でも、そちらに泊まってホテルを評価してみたかったです。」

「Such a great experience upon arrival. Concierge, Gorety met us in the parking lot. She provided a tour of the property and was available if needed. The outside of the property may be a turn off due age and simply the weather can be tough on the exterior; however you open the door and this place was amazing - nice upgrades throughout. 「This was our second stay at this property; the last was five years ago in 2019. Room was very clean and amenities as expected. Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. Example we asked for paper towels, tissues, and tp at the midpoint of our 5 day stay; were told we'd receive them right away and never got them. 「The location was great, the grounds of the resort are well kept and look amazing, the room was great and also on a great location, CLEAN!
