After a day in the desert, there is nothing better than going inside in the cool air and then enjoying a delicious barbecue on the patio. This spacious home located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Fruita is the perfect place to unwind after a fun day of adventures! There is ample room to spread out, park your vehicles, secure your bikes and equipment, and relax. Centrally located to Colo Natl Mon, Kokopelli trailhead, N Fruita desert, Lunch Loops, and more!

Open concept living, dining, kitchen, and office space with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house is single level with no steps into the home or inside.
• Central air conditioning and heating
• Master bedroom has king-sized bed with 55" smart tv, large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet
• Second bedroom has two twin-xl beds that can be pushed together
• Deluxe queen air mattress with built-in fast electric pump and quiet second pump to maintain your desired level of firmness throughout the night
• Graco pack n play with playard, bassinet, and diaper changing station available. Fits easily in main bedroom or ensuite walk-in closet.

• 64” smart tv in living room to stream your services (no cable or antenna provided)
• Office station with desk, shelves, and monitor with HDMI cable / USB-C adapter
• USB plug-in ports on office desk, kitchen island, master bed and nightstands, and nightstands in 2nd bedroom

• Full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (filtered water/ice machine), microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven/airfryer, instant pot, and ice cream maker
• Kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, drinkware, mugs, and basic cookware
• Keurig Duo drip/pod coffee machine with coffee pods to start your trip
• Spices, flour/sugar, cooking oils/sprays, coffee filters, basic cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies available
• Indoor/outdoor dining for 6 with propane BBQ grill

• Large capacity washer and dryer with laundry detergent and stain removers provided
• Bike tools and washing station to keep your bikes clean and well tuned
• Parking available for small or medium vehicle inside garage plus more parking in driveway and in front. There is also a gated area where a small trailer can be parked.

Exterior security cameras at front door and garage facing driveway and gate. Both devices record audio and video when motion is detected 24/7.

Einfach nur PERFEKT

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen in den USA unterwegs und haben in einigen Hotels / Ferienwohnungen usw. übernachtet. Der Bungalow in Fruita war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist toll, die Inneneinrichtung ist wunderschön - mit einem herrlichen Blick für Details - und der Außenbereich einfach nur ein Traum. Wir fühlten uns so wohl und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Die Inhaberin ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für den persönlichen Kontakt. Vielen vielen Dank!

Wonderful Fruita home with great views

We had a wonderful stay in Fruita, directly across from the Colorado NationalMonument, with easy day trips to Arches National Park and Glenwood Springs and more. The house was clean, beds super comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals.

Nice, new/under construction neighborhood, quiet during non-construction hours, well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating arrangements, medium-firm master bed, soft twin beds, large smart tv in main area, several ceiling fans, one car garage, nice views in every direction. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, otherwise it was perfect!

Best vrbo ever!

Truly surpassed our expectations- easy to find- impeccably clean- everything organized down to the sandwich bags- extra towels, toothpaste, even tampons! So impressed by the attention to detail and making everything so easy and seamless. About 5 min from downtown and 20 minutes from kessel biking area. Here for a trail race with two couples and all of us loved this spot!

Amazing place!

Location is perfect. The place is extremely beautiful, clean with everything that you can possibly need to have a relaxed and amazing stay. My family had I really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again.

Family birthday celebration

The home has all the amenities needed. Kitchen is fully equipped, even with Keurig pods for your morning coffee. Only negative is an extremely small backyard with no privacy at all. Front yard has a gorgeous view of the mountains.

Modern & Well Equipped

Nice new home minutes from GJ & Fruita. Really comfortable beds and furniture. The linens are nice and the kitchen has everything. Coffee and creamer were a nice touch! Very quiet inside the home and the view of CO National Monument is stunning. When outside you do here the road noise from the interstate.

Great place!

This is a new home that is very comfortable and stocked with all the amenities you will need. The property manager was great to deal with and very accommodating. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Colorado vacation

Perfect!

This was the perfect house for our family of 4. The house was new, super clean, and stocked with all we needed. We especially appreciated the garage for easy unloading and storage for our bikes. We will definitely be back!
