"The check in process set the scene for the beginning of our stay at Frigner. The check in process was farcical with lots of groups of people all trying to check in & the machine wasn't working. At one point the police pulled up as there were so many people milling about on the pavement with their suitcases. It took an hour and about 4 phone calls to gain access to the property.
Once inside, the rooms were a major disappointment as they looked nothing like the pics online. The room gave off low budget student dorm vibes - only more run down looking and with a funky smell. My room looked right into the room on the corner, absolutely zero privacy unless you chose to be in darkness & keep the blinds down.
The only positives about this stay were that the shower was decent & the location is good for the city centre & transport. This was good as we tried to stay out of our rooms as long as possible as they were so grim"
