"Staff was friendly and helpful. Unique hotel with cafe, restaurant and bar that were great. Modern room with spacious bathroom. Only issues were that bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, and for the shower, you had to turn the temperature all the way up on hot to get any hot water. Otherwise great stay and would return. "

"My stay here was unbearable, but it mostly had to do with the other clientele. I think it’s very sad that if you choose an affordable hotel, you can pretty much guarantee that the least respectful people imaginable will also be there. They had just experienced a major plumbing catastrophe which I don’t blame them for. They put me on the third floor far away from the flooding and fans. But the pool was closed as a result which people should be aware of. The second thing I was disappointed in was the extremely low quality of the toiletries. It seems like a silly thing to say, but I don’t think I’ve ever been displeased in hotel toiletries until this visit! "

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family one. Smaller park in TC overall but dig the tubs after freezing in the park."

"Everything was great except my kids commented the pool was too cold for them to swim. I paid more for a pool & im disappointed with the pool. Unfortunately because of this I wouldn’t be staying here again. "

"The place is excellent. The staff is friendly. Yes I felt safe parking my car. This was our second visit. We enjoyed ourselves this time as much as we did the first time and breakfast was very well done we enjoyed it"

"AVOID this place at all costs. I chose it because the rating said it was excellent and it is nothing but a run down pull out couch with dirty toilets and the human body oder was overwhemling!!! DON'T BOOK IT based on the rating. Not true unless you want to sleep in a slum. "
